Hi! I'm Adrianna. I built this company from the ground up from the day I graduated from College. These were one of the first new contemporary construction in Central Florida in the early 2000's by Ryland Homes. I handpicked these models as if they were my dwellings and I had personally lived in few of these in the past. My family has always done business in real estate from aunt, uncle, parents and brothers so it was easy for me just to follow their path. I grew up helping my family view homes, hand-painted the entire 1100 square feet home so I grew my love for home construction at a very early age. I love viewing houses and their various architectures and also I understand what materials they are made of. My parents now take care of these homes for me from the maintenance side as if they were their homes as well. We charge customer a little extra for the cleaning, sanitary, and maintenance once there is a change over to ensure these homes are at impeccable condition. It was all worthwhile. I also ensure there are marketplace and shopping plaza within 2 miles distance to these homes so that it is convenient.
